Today (July 18) at around 20:20 UTC, the EU region had a service outage on a select few servers. While removing some terminated / inactive IPs, a software bug had lead to the operating system dropping several unrelated IPs that were actively in use. These servers were down for a maximum of 10 minutes between me noticing them and implementing the fix.
